Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Club L London purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and security ribbons attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
